Customer services and policies: Customer service: Since I started "Lady Radiance - Hypnosis and Trance" I have done everything in My power to create a close connection between My customers and Myself, maintaining the contact through e-mail trances and questions to further My knowledge and ability to perform the best hypnosis sessions and MP3's as possible. It has been My wish from the beginning to stay in close contact with the majority of My customers worldwide. Many have followed Me and My work from the very start and I am extremely grateful for that. New and existing customes have the opportunity to contact Me for any reason at any time at owner@ladyradiance.com and I will do My best to answer any and all questions put to Me. Policies: Any and all information given to Me by ALL My customers stays with Me. No one else has access to My computers or My business and I run My own business which means - no one can have, does have or will ever have access to e-mail addresses, personal and private information such as home addresses, phone numbers and/or credit card numbers etc. No information submitted by a customer/buyer will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern. Refunds: If at any time a customer has found him/herself overcharged, it has purely been by mistake and this mistake has in the past been corrected immediately and will continue to be corrected should it happen again. Refunds will be sent back to My customers instantly upon discovery of mistake. Since I provide digital audio/MP3's uploaded to My server, technical difficulties may occur and the ordered MP3 may be damaged in one way or another upon download. In the situation that a customer is given the link to such a file and the file is totally corrupted duing uploading to server, I will do anything I can to correct this by uploading the file in a non-corrupted condition. Should this not work, the FULL amount paid for said MP3 will be returned to customer's/buyer's account. Any and all transactions will be handled by Me and only Me, whether that be in written form through e-mail between customer and Myself or through payments and refunds. 2Checkout.com is a reseller of My services.
